Sushi Mat
My kids love when I do sushi at home.  It's really simple however finding a Roll Mat in store can be difficult.

If you want your home sushi to taste as good as it does in your local Japanese restaurant, you must have the equipment that professionals use.
This bamboo sushi rolling mat - known in Japanese as a makisu.
will help you achieve sushi rolls uniformly bamboo mat is smoothed with string and provides a non-stick surface for rolling Place a piece of seaweed on the carpet, add your rice and other desired ingredients, roll and serve.
*Prices can change at anytime!   Sushi Mat

It's really simple and saves a ton of money
My sushi is really simple, that's why the kiddos like it - nothing fancy. I just buy imitation crab sticks and wild caught frozen salad shrimp.  Shred the crab sticks and defrost the salad shrimp.

Make sure you buy Sushi Rice (it's more sticky - to hold on rolls) - cook according to package - then I mix a little of Rice Vinegar after it's cooked and salt.

Crab or Shrimp
Cream Cheese
Avocado (I didn't use lastnight because they were $1.99 each - crazy)
Spicy Sauce (mix Mayo and add Sriracha Sauce to your spice liking)

Let me know if you have any questions.
