Week Two - Weight Loss Progress Report


It's been 2 weeks since I first talked about starting my new weight lose journey and I'm happy to report that this diet is "the one". I LOVE everything about The Hot Mom Bod - 30 Day Challenge!

I'm learning how to make delicious new recipes and my body is responding very well to all of this clean eating.

I have started to receive weekly deliveries from Indie Plate, a local company that delivers locally grown produce, dairy, meats and grains to your home, so I'm always stocked on the freshest ingredients possible. Look out for my full post about Indie Plate later this week.

This week's weigh-in

This week I had a 0.5lb lose. I'm not going to fret about the low number (like I always have in the past) because I know this IS indeed progress. I feel fantastic and besides...my clothes are already fitting better!
