I learned about grilled pizza from Martha Stewart about 7 years old and have been making it ever since. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I hear moaning (in a good way) every time I make this for my family. In my opinion, it's hands down the best way to make pizza at home.

I like to make single portion sized pizzas so that everyone can choose what toppings they want on their own pizza. The possibilities are endless.

My favorite - Grilled chicken, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and caramelized onions

I use two options for my pizza sauce and I'll tell you about both. The absolute best and freshest tasting "sauce" is made by grilling plum tomatoes but if you're pressed for time/money - you can make a great tasting quick sauce from canned tomato sauce.

Today I wanted to share a recipe that has literally changed my life. You see, my husband grew up in Detroit and is a total meat-and-potato man. He didn't eat many vegetables when I met him and still doesn't....but thanks to Kale Chips he's trying so many foods he never would have eaten before. Why? Because they are that good - even my kids love them.

These are super easy to make and oh so nutrious!! They give you the salt, crunchy snack that you crave with tons of healthy benefits.

You can buy Kale (I use curly Kale) in many groceries stores including Walmart. You can even find bags of Kale already cut into bite size pieces which is perfect for making these.

Ingredients

1 bunch Kale - washed, dried and torn into chip-sized pieces (remove hard middle rib)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic minced
salt to taste
