What's For Dinner? "Zesty Pork Tenderloin and Italian Red Skins"

Today's recipe was submitted by Renae. I love that there are only 6 ingredients. 

Zesty Pork Tenderloin and Italian Red Skins


1 Pork Tenderloin
1 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Red Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 tablespoon Chili Powder


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a ziploc bag, add pork and marinate overnight.
Pour into slow cooker in the morning and let cook all day. I do low for more than 7 hours or on high if it will be served within 5-6 hours.

Good Seasons Red Skins

Quarter enough red skin potatoes to fill a 13x9 casserole dish. Prepare one package of Good Seasons Italian dressing and pour over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 until potatoes are tender.
