. I have a confession to make. I have totally failed at getting fit. I've been talking about it since the beginning of the year but talking hasn't gotten me far. So two weeks ago I decided it is going to happen! I started a running routine and have been eating healthier foods such as whole grains, more veggies and salads for lunch. Now that said, I get bored with the same old thing really quick! One way I like to switch it up is to use different toppings and dressings on my salads. This is why I was so happy to try the new Wishbone flavors. They are: Bruschetta Italian, Mediterranean, Superfruit Berry and Greek. My favorite is actually the Mediterranean (with lemon) as a marinade for grilled chicken. The citrus gives chicken an extra "je ne sais quoi"!
