Memorial Fund Set Up For Officer Kiger's Widow

As I write this, I am tearing up with emotion. I can't even imagine what Mistie must be going through right now and all I want to know is, "how can I help?".

You see, Mistie Kiger is the widow of Officer Russel Kiger and is also 5 months pregnant with his first child. As some of you know, he was killed in a traffic accident on I-10 near Grosse Tete on April 9th. This is pretty personal to my husband, Bryan, and I because Bryan works with Mistie.

As you can imagine, funeral expenses and mounting medical bills due to her pregnancy are quickly stacking up. I'm asking for us to come together, as a community, to help a mother in need when she needs it the most.
