ECB for Using Your Reusable Bags at CVS?

So I heard through the grapevine today that CVS may start implementing a program to give you ECB's for using your reusable CVS bags when you shop. I believe this will start in October. The details are pretty sketchy at this point but it's sounding like they will give you $1 ECB for every 4 times you use one of these bags. There will be a special tag to scan with every visit to record the number of times you remember to bring it in the store.

Personally, I love this idea but I want to know what you think about this! Please leave a comment below to give me your opinion.
